Had a great day recently as the MC of City Life Fashion Fridays at The Shangri-La Hotel in Cairns. (had to leave The Vampire in the closet and appear as plain old Destiny).
Fashion was from Viva, while Sassi provided the shoes and accessories. Wonderful gear and the models were beautiful.
Shared the entertainment duties with Rolley as Billy Connelly – fabulous entertainer – looks and sounds so much like the hilarious Scott it’s hard to believe it’s not him.
During the show I swallowed a metre long balloon. One lady asked me to repeat the feat with a French loaf.
The 140 people at the luncheon raised well over a thousand dollars for a local charity benefiting homeless teens. Charlie McKillop, representing Harold’s House, accepted the money.
